Details about our pdf plans:

* Files contain all sheets found in the standard package
* Plans can be printed at any local blueprint or copy shop with large format printers.
* Pan and zoom the files on your computer for quick reference.
* pdf files can be viewed with the free Adobe Reader
available on the web.

* Important notes: Prices for this option are currently reduced as we measure
demand. However, prices will be increasing soon for all pdf delivery. Order now to take
advantage of the current low rates. There is an order confirmation process that must take
place before the files can be sent. However, pdf files are typically sent within a few
hours from the time the order is placed, except weekends. (In some cases, it could be up
to 24 hours so please be patient). Plan sheets in the pdf file are stamped with the
purchasers name along with a disclaimer pertaining to the plans use. Please be sure to
indicate if the plans are being permitted to someone other than the purchaser.

| Changing a
design |
You have found a house plan that meets
your basic needs but you require modifications in certain areas of the design.
This option is for offered to help you
personalize one of our existing house plans. Changes can be made to any of the house plans
in our library. The cost to change an existing design is determined by the complexity of
the plan and the type of changes you wish to make.
Many design
changes can be made Free of
charge!
Simple plan changes such as moving a door,
adding/removing windows, moving a wall, and other small issues of that nature are made at
no charge. (Provided the change does not create complications or alter the overall
appearance of the design).
Complex
modifications require a small nominal fee.
Should you require extensive
changes to one of our house plans, we must review the changes requested and provide a
quote on the additional fees that would be associated. (Many changes can be made for
less than $100). Simply follow the instructions below.
